WHAT IS SQUASH?
Squash will be played at the Olympics for the first time in the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, which could be a “transformational moment” for the sport.
Professional squash players are some of the fittest and best all-round athletes in the world, providing an incredible spectacle of speed, skill, stamina, and determination. Squash is a fun, fast-paced, high-intensity racket sport ideal for exercise and increasing your fitness and stamina.
It is played by two players in an enclosed indoor court with four walls. The objective is to hit a small rubber ball against the front wall, aiming to make it bounce twice before their opponent can return it. It's the ultimate test of racket skill and speed.

Racketball (or Squash 57) is a similar game to squash but uses a larger-headed racket and a larger, bouncier ball.
This makes it easier to play and pick up, while still offering the same high-intensity exercise, fitness, and Stamina benefits as squash. Perfect for all ages and levels of experience.
